数字商品非法复制和扩散的监测机制 被引量:38

摘要 在 Internet电子商务环境下 ,数字商品很容易被非法复制和扩散 ,使商家的知识产权得不到有效的保护 ,无疑会妨碍电子商务健康而有序的发展 .为了解决这个问题 ,以数字水印技术为基础 ,提出了一种基于注册的数字商品非法复制和扩散的监测机制 ,可完成包括正文、图像、视频和音频等制品在内的各种数字商品的注册、重构、搜索和检测等功能 .该机制不但可用于数字商品非法复制和扩散的监测 ,还可用于非法复制和扩散跟踪 。 In the environment of Internet based E commerce, digital goods are more easily copied and distributed illegally, and therefore, merchant's intellectual property is not effectively protected. This further greatly disturbs the healthy growing of E commerce. To address this problem, based on digital watermark technique, a registration based copying and distributing detection mechanism is proposed for digital goods, which can perform registering, rebuilding, Internet searching and overlap matching functions for text content, image content, video content, and audio content. At the same time, this mechanism not only can be used in the detection of illegal copying and distributing of digital goods, but also can be used in the tracing of illegal copying and distributing behaviors. Experiments show the effectiveness of the mechanism is good.
