Botryococcus braunii生物膜油脂产量优化工艺 被引量:1

摘要 微藻油脂可作为生物柴油的重要来源。文中研究了布朗葡萄藻(Botryococcus braunii)生物膜在Basal培养基和畜禽养殖污水中生物质和生物油的生长情况。研究表明B.braunii生物膜在污水中的生物质产量(4.17 g/m2/day)高于Basal培养基(2.46 g/m2/day),但油含量却有所降低。为进一步提高B.braunii生物膜的产油量,分别对B.braunii生物膜进行抑N刺激(蒸馏水)、营养刺激(Basal培养基)和胞外聚合物EPS(Extracellular polymeric substances)刺激,在这3种刺激条件下,油含量分别提高至42.2%,62%,51.3%。
