摘要
中国环境监理信息系统是一个服务于全国各级环保局和排污企业的软硬件一体化的网络信息系统。系统实现了污染源的实时监测和远程监控,并为各级环境监理部门实现环境监理工作自动化、信息化、智能化提供了一个网络平台。目前该系统已在全国全面推广应用。系统在总体结构上首次采用了适合我国环境监理业务现状和发展需要的“国家环保总局—省环保局—地市县环保局—企业”四级层次结构模型。
China Environmental monitoring information system(CEMIS) is an internet-based system for real time monitoring and remote controlling of pollution sources which is developed by xi'an jiaotong university and state environmental protection bureau .It is widely used by various levels of environmental bureaus and all pollution enterprises of China. A four levels hierarchical model composed of MIS for state environmental protection bureau,MIS for province environmental protection bureaus,MIS for city environmental protection bureaus and monitoring system for enterprise is adopted as the overall framework of CEMIS. This paper discusses the general structure model of CEMIS.
