采用构件技术可以更好地满足Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ环境中分布式应用的需求．该文首先描述了构件的概念以及用构件构成多层应用的原理和方法，并以工程项目业务流程管理为例，给出了具体的实现，取得了良好的软件复用及扩展和维护的效果．

Using software component technique more adapts complicated Internet application environment. This paper first describes the concept of software component and the principle to construct multi-tiered application, then gives a concrete application example about architecture project item managment and obtain good purpose for software reuse ,easy extension and maintenance.
