CSCW and MAS are the hotpoint in AI research。This paper analyses the characteristics of Computer-Supported Multilevel Cooperative Educational Program，then proposes a kind of Multilevel Cooperative Educational Program Environment based on Agents。 Finally，the general working procedure in this environment is described as well。
