摘要
通过对湖南省典型铁锰污染区域的钢铁、有色金属、电解锰及化工企业生产工艺、废水处理技术与污染物排放现状及受污染河流环境质量现状进行调查的基础上,参照国外废水中铁锰污染物排放限值,规定湖南省工业废水中现有企业总铁的排放标准限值为10 mg/L,新建企业废水中总铁排放标准限值为5 mg/L;湖南省工业废水中总锰的排放标准限值为1 mg/L.
The production process, waste water treatment technology, current situation of pollutant discharge of enterprises involving iron or manganese are investigated. The water of current polluted rivers in typical iron or manganese contaminated area of Hunan province is sampled and analysized. With reference to the international iron and manganese limits in the discharged waste water, this standard prescribes the limit of iron in wastewater discharged from existing enterprises is 10 rag/L; the limit of iron in wastewater discharged from new enterprises is 5 mg/L; the limit of manganese in wastewater discharged from enternrises is 1 mg/L,
