This article introduces quality control methods adopted in the key steps in manufacturing supervision of air compressor rotor in China Huaneng Green Coal Tianjin IGCC Demonstration Power Station Project. The quality of rotor is effectively guaranteed through material control, welding technology improvement, and process control. The adoption of these methods provides valuable reference for future manufacturing supervision and quality control on the similar equipment.
