周浦社区中年高血压患者血清C反应蛋白、白介素-6的表达及意义

Expression and meaning of serum c-reactive protein and interleukin 6 in middle-aged hypertensive patients in Zhoupu Community

目的 :调查周浦社区中年高血压(EH)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)的浓度水平及社区防治的意义。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附和散射比浊法分别检测356例中年居民血清IL–6和CRP的含量。结果 :中年高血压组患者血清IL-6及CRP含量明显高于健康组(P<0.05),同时在高血压组中,血压未控制患者的IL-6和CRP含量高于控制组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :高血压患者的IL-6、CRP水平升高,高水平的IL-6与CRP可能影响血压的控制。

Objective： To survey the levels of serum c-reactive protein （CRP） and interleukin-6 （IL-6） in the middle- aged hypertensive patients and their significance in community prevention and treatment in Zhoupu Community. Methods： The levels of serum IL-6 and c-reactive protein in 356 cases were measured by ELISA and nephelometry respectively. Results： The serum IL-6 and CRP levels in the middle-aged hypertensive patients were significantly higher than those of the healthy group. The serum CRP and IL-6 levels in the patients with hypertension uncontrolled were higher than those in the well-controlled group. The differences had statistic significanee（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The levels of IL-6 and CRP of the hypertensive patients have risen, which may influence the blood pressures control.
