社区2型糖尿病老年患者牙周病干预模式探索

Exploration of intervention mode of periodontitis for the elderly patients with type II diabetes in the community

目的 :探讨2型糖尿病老年患者牙周病社区干预模式。方法 :对门诊建卡的240名2型糖尿病患者问卷调查,进行分组,综合干预。结果:干预后各组患者的口腔保健知晓率明显提高,龈沟出血指数、牙周探诊深度、附着丧失、菌斑指数等牙周状况改善。结论 :健康档案的建立、口腔健康知识宣教、定期口腔检查、洁治以及监测不仅提高患者口腔健康的知晓率、满意率、就诊率,也改善了患者的就医方式,对牙周健康和高危人群的牙周、血糖控制有积极的作用。

Objective：To explore the community intervention mode of periodontitis for the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods：Two hundred and forty patients with type 2 diabetes who had outpatient ifles were surveyed with questionnaires, classiifed into groups and intervened comprehensively. Results：The oral health awareness of each group was signiifcantly improved. Sulcus bleeding index, periodontal probing depth, attachment loss, plaque index and periodontal status were improved. Conclusion：The establishment of the health records, the education of oral health knowledge, regular oral examination, cleaning and monitoring not only improve the rates of awareness, satisfaction and consultation and visiting ways, but also play a positive role in periodontal health, periodontitis in high-risk groups, and glycemic control.
