活性炭-珍珠岩复合材料处理含铬废水的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用活性炭-珍珠岩复合材料处理含铬废水,分别试验了复合材料的投加量、吸附时间、pH值、温度、含铬废水初始浓度等因素对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响。结果表明,当活性炭与珍珠岩质量比为10∶1,活性炭投加量为0.5 g/mL,珍珠岩为0.05 g/mL,pH为4,吸附时间为130 min,温度为25℃时,铬的去除率最佳,可以达到96%。 Using activated carbon to perlite composite material removal of chromium containing wastewater, respectively test the impact of the composite material dosage, adsorption time, pH value, temperature,initial concentration of wastewater on the removal rate of Cr wastewater. The results show that when the activated charcoal-perlite mass ratio is 10:1 , the amount of activated carbon is 0.5 g/mL, perlite is 0.05 g/mL,pH 4 ,the adsorption time is 130 min,temperature is 25 ℃ ,the CR removal rate can reach 96% of the best.
