摘要 以环氧氯丙烷、二甲胺为主要单体,乙二胺为交联剂,合成了3种有机胺粘土稳定剂,采用离心法测定粘土稳定剂的防膨性能及与无机盐复配性能。结果表明,粘土稳定剂EED合成最佳条件为:环氧氯丙烷与二甲胺摩尔比为1∶1,温度为60℃,反应时间为4 h,交联剂乙二胺用量为单体总质量的2%。采用交联剂合成的粘土稳定剂EED防膨性能和复配性能优于未加交联剂的粘土稳定剂,稳定剂EED质量浓度为1.2%时,防膨率为88.96%,与无机盐复配后,防膨率进一步提高。 An approach to synthesize three kinds of organic amine clay stabilizer. The mononers are mainly epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine and the crosslinking agent is ethanediamine. The performance of antiswelling had gone through a test by centrifugation. Results show that the best reaction condition:the mole ratio between epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine should be 1 : 1, the temperature should be 60 ℃, the reaction time should be 4 h and the dosage of etbanediamine should be 2%. Compared with the monomers, the EED which used crosslinking agent has better performance than the one which didn' t. The anti-swelling could reach 88.96% when costing 1.2% EED and could be better when mixing with inorganic salts.
