摘要 通过微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)分析了不同地域黄花菜中多种常量、微量元素的含量.结果表明,各地黄花菜中均含有丰富的Ca、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Zn、P等多种有益的人体必需元素,但它们的含量因产地不同而不同,既有相近性,又有差异性,而对人体有害的As与Cd均未被检出.方法中各元素的相关系数均大于0.999 7,相对标准偏差RSD <3.0%,回收率为93.2%~104.4%.该结果准确可靠,为黄花菜的质量评价、产地特征鉴别和开发利用提供科学依据. The contents of multiple major, trace elements in Daylily of different regions were determined by ICP-AES with microwave digestion. The results showed that the Daylily was rich in multiple elements such as Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Zn, P which are good for health. However, the content of these elements in Daylily from different producing areas has similarities, but also has diversities. The harmful heavy metals Cd and As were not picked out. The correlation coefficients of the determined elements were greater than 0. 999 7 ,and the recoveries were from 93.2% to 104.4% with the relative standard deviations (RSD) less than 3.0%. The results were accurate and reliable, providing a scientific basis for the quality evaluation ,identification of producing area characteristics and the further exploitation of the Daylily.
