摘要
以40个单片段代换系(Single Segment Substitution Lines,SSSLs)为试材,分别在2012和2013年对水稻抽穗期QTL进行分析,其中30个SSSLs能够在两年中重复检出,占检出SSSLs的78.9%。经重叠群作图分析,鉴定出11个抽穗期QTL,分别位于第1、2、3、4、6、8、10染色体上,这些QTL具有较大的加性效应,且受环境影响较小。
The QTLs controlling rice heading date were analyzed with 40 single segment substitution lines (SSSLs) in 2012 and 2013.The results showed that 30 SSSLs could be detected repetitively in two years , which accounted for 78 .9%of the detected SSSLs .11 QTLs were identified through contig mapping , and they were located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th chromosome.These QTLs had larger additive effects and were affected less by environment .
