稳定生猪产量,保障猪肉质量,增强市场竞争力是生猪产业健康发展的关键。本文运用SCP范式,深入剖析了山东省生猪产业的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效,并提出了发展规模养殖、打造猪肉品牌、提高行业壁垒和加强政府引导等政策建议。
It is the key to stabilize pork production, ensure pork quality and strengthen market competi- tiveness for healthy development of pig industry. Using SCP theory, the market＂ structure, behavior and per- formance of pig industry in Shandong Province were analyzed deeply. And then several suggestions like develo- ping scale breeding, building brands, improving industry barriers and strengthening guidance of government were put forward to solve the above problems.
