摘要
实证研究FDI的使用对皖江城市带环境污染的影响,结果表明:皖江城市带使用FDI的规模与工业废水排放量之间呈现倒"U"型曲线关系,与工业二氧化硫排放量之间呈现"U"型曲线关系,当前皖江城市带各地区使用FDI的规模已超越倒"U"型曲线和"U"型曲线的拐点。并就皖江城市带进一步提升使用FDI的生态效益提出加强工业部门使用FDI的管理,努力创造条件产生和提升FDI生态效益,改善要素禀赋结构,积极引进服务业FDI,制定并实施严格的环境政策等相关对策建议。
This paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of FDI on Wanjiang City Zone' environmental pollution. The resuhs show that there is an inverted "U" curve relationship between the scale of FDI and the volume of industrial waste water discharged, and there is a "U" curve relationship between the scale of FDI and the volume of industrial sulphur dioxide emis- sion in Wanjiang City Zone ; the scale of FDI has transcended the turning point of the two curve mentioned above in each area of Wanjiang City Zone at present. Some relevant suggestions about how to further improve ecological benefit of utilizing FDI in Wanjiang City Zone are put forward, which are as follows: Wanjiang City Zone should reinforce the FDI in industry manage- ment, create conditions of emergence of FDI technology, spillover effect, improve factor endowment structure, actively introduce FDI in service industry, establish and implement strict environmental policy.
