重庆市电子信息产业发展问题及对策建议

随着世界经济的不断发展,对产业的要求也不断提高,电子信息产业符合集约型经济的要求,已成为中国重点发展的新型产业,重庆市也加快了电子信息产业发展的步伐。针对重庆市电子信息产业的现状及发展中存在的问题,提出利用各种资源,整合优势,不断优化产业结构;推动现有企业发展,积极引进大型企业,形成产业集聚效应;积极引进先进技术,大力推动技术创新,推进产学研合作模式;加强人才培养,大力引进复合型人才,建立有效的人才交流机制;加强基础设施建设,搭建电子信息产业配套服务体系;积极招商引资,培育招商引资主体等促进电子信息产业发展的对策和建议。

With the continuous development of world economy, the requirement of industry is improving, electronic information industry is in correspond with the requirement of intensive economy and quickly became the focus on the development of new in- dustry in our country. Under the background of such a national strategy, chongqing＇ s electronic information industry is speeding up the pace. On the basil of the present situation of the electronic information industry in Chongqing, this paper analyzes the ex- isting problems of development, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of elec- tronic information industry.
