摘要
人力资源是高新技术企业发展的关键。高新技术企业人力资源的特点是学历较高、专业素质较强、具有较强的创造力,但同时自我意识较强、团队合作意识淡薄、不受制度约束。提出实行项目管理、柔性管理、节点管理制度,培养素质过硬的高层管理人员等人力资源管理创新策略。
Human resources is the key to the development of high - tech enterprises. The characteristics of human resources of high - teeh enterprises are the higher education, strong professional quality, strong creativity, while the talents have strong self -awareness, the weak team cooperation consciousness, not suffered by institutional constraints. In this paper the author puts forward some innovation strategies of human resources management, such as imposing the project management system, the flex- ible management system, the node management system and creating excellent quality of the senior management personnel.
