摘要
针对起重机监控存在司机无法判断提升滑轮组是否处于垂直状态,以及抬吊时要由吊装指挥者,依据监视被吊重物姿态变动者提供的信息指挥司机操控,既不及时又不准确,介绍一种在起重机上装设吊重摆角检测装置与抬吊风险协同方无线传输装置的方案,届时司机可知已知彼依据屏幕上显示的实时吊重摆角操纵,实现垂直吊装;依据显示的实时吊重载荷比值操纵,实现载荷的正常分配。
Since it’s impossible for crane drivers to judge the vertical state of the lift pulley set during the crane moni-toring,the hoisting commander is required during lifting,and the information provided for the driver by the person monito-ring the movement of the lifting object is not timely or accurate,the paper introduces a scheme of installing the hoisting tilt-angle detecting device and hoisting-risk collaborative side wireless transmission unit on cranes,so that the driver can oper-ate according to the real-time hoisting tilt-angle displayed on the screen to perform vertical hoisting;based on the displayed real-time hoisting load rate,the normal load distribution is realized.
