COPD大鼠肺组织中HGF、VEGF的表达变化及意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠肺组织中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达变化及低分子肝素(LMWH)对二者表达的影响。方法 30只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机均分为模型组、肝素组及对照组各10只,模型组与肝素组采用熏烟联合气管内注入脂多糖制作COPD模型。造模第4周,肝素组、模型组每天熏烟前半小时分别给予皮下注射LMWH 150 U/kg和等量生理盐水,对照组不予任何处理,常规饲养。造模第4周结束,用免疫组化法检测三组大鼠肺组织中的HGF、VEGF,HE染色观察三组中肺部病理改变,计算平均内衬间隔(MLI)及平均肺泡数(MAN)以评估肺气肿程度。结果 HGF、VEGF相对表达量模型组>肝素组>对照组,MLI模型组>肝素组>对照组,MAN模型组<肝素组<对照组(P均<0.01)。将三组指标综合分析,HGF、VEGF与MLI呈正相关关系(r=0.797、0.789,P均<0.05);HGF、VEGF与MAN呈负相关关系(r=-0.645、-0.668,P均<0.01)。结论 COPD大鼠肺组织中HGF及VEGF呈高表达,二者可能参与了COPD的发病,LMWH能够影响二者的表达。
