摘要
互联网领域竞争具有零价竞争、跨界竞争和平台竞争的特点,这些特点给相关市场界定的基本制度框架带来了挑战。但整体上这一基本制度框架仍然适用,只是需要适应互联网领域竞争的特点,避免将相关市场界定得过于狭窄。因此,需要注重界定相关市场的各种方法的综合适用,注重衡量市场力量直接与间接证据的相互验证。
The competition in the Intemet field are zero-price competition, cross-boundary competition and platform competition. These features bring new challenges to basic institutional framework of defining the relevant market. Although, the basic institutional framework still applies, it still needs to adapt to the characteristics of the competition in the internet field, and to avoid narrow definition of relevant market. Therefore, we should lay emphasis on integrated application of various methods to define the intemet relevant market, as well as mutual authentication of the direct and indirect evidence of market -forces.
