解甘露醇罗尔斯顿菌致败血症的实验室检测 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过分析海宁市人民医院临床分离出的1株解甘露醇罗尔斯顿菌,对该细菌的特性作进一步研究,为临床治疗提供指导。方法严格按照操作规程对1例脑出血合并高热患者行血培养,分离到目标菌,进行鉴定和药敏试验,并结合相关资料进行分析。结果从脑出血合并高热患者分离到1株解甘露醇罗尔斯顿菌,明确诊断败血症,药敏试验显示对氨苄西林、头孢曲松、头孢西丁、呋喃妥因和亚胺培南等药物耐药,对左氧氟沙星、头孢吡肟、替加环素和复方新诺明敏感。结论解甘露醇罗尔斯顿菌属于专性需氧的革兰阴性杆菌,分布广泛,是人类的机会致病菌,有特殊生长与形态特点和较强的耐药性,十分罕见,需要引起临床的重视。
