摘要
冷轧板最主要的表面质量问题是表面缺陷,而压痕在冷轧板表面缺陷中占很大比重。针对攀钢冷轧产品出现的压痕机械损伤类缺陷,通过现场跟踪调查分析缺陷形成原因,制定控制措施,取得了较好的效果。
The upmost surface quality problem of cold -rolled sheet is the surface defect, and indentation account the large pro- portion in the surface defects of cold - rolled sheet. The forming reason of indentation, mechanical damage defect of the product in Pangang Group is investigated and analyzed on site , the control measures is made to get the better effects.
