教育部于2003年发布《高等学校教学质量与教学改革工程精品课程建设工作》的通知,是促进高等教育发展、促进高校课程改革,提高人才培养质量的重要举措。应分析精品课程评估过程中的问题与不足,从精品课程建设者、评估管理机制和后期保障等角度来对课程评估工作提出建议和看法,进而建立完善的课程评估保障体系。

Teaching Quality and Excellent Course Construction of Teaching Reform Project in Higher Education released by the ministry of education is a forward-looking strategic move to promote the development of higher education and the teaching reform in colleges and universities. In the paper, the author analyzes the problems and deficiencies in evaluating the excellent courses, puts forward views and suggestions on curriculum evaluation in terms of course builders, evaluation management mechanism, guarantee and so on for establishing a better security system of course evaluation.
