摘要
宣钢150 t转炉应用副枪技术,在计算机自动炼钢静、动态控制的基础上,通过科学方法控制自动炼钢的吹炼过程,实现了吹炼过程稳定,终点碳和温度双命中率超过90%,钢铁料消耗降低,提高了钢材质量。
In 150 t converter of Xuan Steel, based on computer static and dynamic control of automatic steel making, as well as application of sublance technique, the blowing and smelting procedure is controlled with scientific method. It realizes the steady smelting, and both the rates of end carbon and temperature all is over 90% , iron and steel materials consumption reduced, the quality or steels improved.
