摘要
针对承钢2#烧结机环冷废气余热发电项目投入运行后发电生产不稳定、发电量较低的问题,通过改造环冷密封设备缺陷、稳定工艺操作、提高有效作业率、控制烧结终点等措施,大幅度提高了2#烧结机的余热发电量和烧结技术经济指标。
To solve the problems in project of circular cooling waste heat cogeneration of 2# sintering machine after it being put into production： generation not steady, electricity amount too low, the measures are adopt- ed： reforming circular cooling sealing equipment, stabilizing process operation, raising effective operation rate, controlling sintering end, and so the electricity amount is increased by a great extent and the technical and economic indexes of sintering improved.
