摘要
邯钢150 MW低热值煤气燃气蒸汽联合循环发电机组利用厂区富余的高炉煤气、转炉煤气和焦炉煤气进行发电,每年回收利用煤气量达22.9×108Nm3,为国家节省标准煤34.32万t,发电标准煤耗为0.288 kg/kW·h,额定热耗为8 428 kJ/kW·h,热效率达到42.64%,4年可以收回投资成本,具有十分显著的经济效益和社会效益。
With the 150 MW low -thermal -value gas and vapor combined circular generating set, the sur- plus blast furnace gas, converter gas and coke oven gas in plant area are used to generate electricity. With it per year the quantity of recovered gas reaches to 22.9× 108 Nm3 , the standard coal saved by 343.2 thousands ton, the standard coal consumption for electricity generation 1. 288 kg/kW· h, the rated thermal consump- tion as 8 428 kJ/kW· h, the thermal efficiency gets to 42.64% , the investment cost can be recovered in 4 years. This project has great economic and social profit.
