摘要 慕容鲜卑为维持生存所必须的知识技能教育应早已有之,而以传承政治教化为目地的儒家思想伦理观念、诗、书、技艺等的教育需求,则是在南下辽西逐渐接受中原思想文化影响,加速汉化,适应由落后的逐水草游牧生活方式转为农耕定居的需要才开始萌发的。慕容廆、慕容皝在棘城、龙城建立官学、兴办教育、提倡儒学,虽然仅有50多年时间,但是其影响却非常深远,不仅提高了慕容鲜卑的自身素质,加速了慕容鲜卑的汉化进程,缩短了与汉族士人的情感距离,也为慕容鲜卑入主中原培养了人才,奠定了基础,意义重大。 For the nationality of Murong Xianbei, the basic skills' education for living comes into being for a long time, but considering the educational needs of Confucianism, it is till later time when they feel it necessary to receive the education from the Central Plains to adapt themselves to the new life style-- agricultural life style, and to make them closer to the Han nationality. Murong Gui and Murong Huang begin to run their schooling in Jicheng and Longcheng to promote Confucian learning. Though it lasts more than 50 years, it brings about far-reaching influence by improving the quality of the nationality of Murong Xianbei. Thus they come closer to Han nationality. The education itself plays an important role in training talents of Murong Xianbei so that they may enter into the culture of the Central Plains.
