摘要
地理信息系统 (GIS)技术的兴起和发展 ,为甚高频 (VHF)通信覆盖评估系统的实现提供可能。本文重点论述了应用GIS技术、航空移动通信技术和微波技术开发通信覆盖评估系统的基本思路、功能设计和实现方法 ,包括基于电子地图的航空VHF通信的基础数据维护系统、地理信息管理系统和通信覆盖分析系统等内容。实际应用表明 :该系统评估结果与校飞数据相吻合 ,具有很高的工程应用价值。
As the technology of Geographical Information System rise and progress, it becomes possible to realize the evaluation system on VHF communication overlay. A series of fundamental ideas, function analyses and implement based on the technology of Geographical Information System, technology of mobile aviation communication and microwave technology are discussed. Elements Data Maintenance System based on electronic map, Geographical information Management System and Communication overlay Analysis System, and so on are also discussed. The practical applications show that the evaluation results accord with the collative data by aircraft, so this system has very high engineering value.
