摘要
为了有效评价供电企业的战略发展绩效,用平衡计分卡方法来构建供电绩效评价的框架,将决策实验室分析法和网络分析法整合在一起用来探讨指标之间相互依赖和反馈的关系,同时得出绩效评价指标的权重。分析结果表明,依此建立的绩效评价模型能为决策者提供更多的信息,更能反映供电企业绩效评价的实际情况。
In order to assess the performance of Power Supply enterprises effectively,Balanced Scorecard was a-dopted to construct performance evaluation framework of Power Supply enterprises,through combining Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory and Analytic Network Process techniques,the problem of dependence and feedback between indices were discussed in this paper. According to the result,the performance model can provide more assess information and more suitable for performance evaluation of the power supply enterprises.
