广东高校学位论文的授权现状及其开放存取的实现

广东省的高校机构知识库可以自身学位论文数据库作为构建基础。但到目前为止,仅有少数广东高校的学位论文实现部分开放存取。各高校的授权没有列明是否为非专属授权。只有少部分高校对电子全文公开的范围和时间做出了规定,但提供的选择少。广东高校的学位论文缺少实现开放存取的授权基础。论文对规范广东高校学位论文授权及实现开放存取提出了自己的建议。

The institutional repositories of universities in Guangdong Province can based on their own dissertation＇s databases. Up to now, just a handful of universities＇ dissertations are partly open access in Guangdong Province. The authorizations of the universities don＇t write clearly whether the authorizations are non-exclusive or not. Few universities make sure the range and the time of opening the dissertations＇ electronic full text of the agreements with few choices. The dissertations of universities in Guangdong are lack of the authorized basis to realize open access. So this paper puts forward some suggestions to regulate the authorizations of the dissertations of Guangdong＇s universities and realize open access.
