摘要 介绍了该工程的空调冷热源、室内空调系统及防排烟系统设计。由于建筑定位为区域标志性建筑,立面风格独特,且有冬、夏空调及生活热水的需要,建筑用能与建筑立面及绿色节能的协调成为本工程难点,采用地源热泵有效的解决这一难题;该建筑还采用了温控风口、动态平衡阀、全热回收机组、一次泵变流量系统等新产品、新技术,既环保节能又为用户创造了舒适稳定的工作、生活环境。 The design of cold and heat source of the air conditioner, indoor air conditioner system and smoke control system of the project are introduced. Since the construction is defined as the area landmark and because of its special style of the fa?ade as well as the need of air conditioner for both winter and summer and hot water for daily life, the coordination among the construction consumption, construction fa?ade and green energy saving become the difficult part of the project. Ground heat pump is employed to solve this problem effectively. This construction also employed new products and technology like, the thermostat vent, dynamic balancing valve, total heat recovery unit and variable flow pump system, etc, which can not only save energy but also create a comfortable and permanent environment for the owners’ life and work.
