摘要
电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)在无机元素检测方面具有高效、灵敏、快速的特性,能够提供pg/g到ng/g的超低检出限。本研究采用ICP-MS分析大肠杆菌(E.coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)、恶臭假单胞菌(P.putida)、绿脓杆菌(P.aeruginosa)、绵羊李斯特氏菌(L.Iuanuii)、英诺克李斯特氏菌(L.Innocua)等6种细菌体内23种金属元素的富集程度,并对它们的无机元素指纹谱图进行了分析,结果表明不同细菌的无机元素浓度分布有着较大区别。这种分析方法在细菌的检测和鉴定方面有着潜在的应用价值。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) offers several attractive features for trace inorganic elements analysis, such as highly effective, super sensitive and time saving and more impor- tantly the low detection limits are typically in pg/g to ng/g for most elements. In this study, twenty-three different inorganic elements of six kinds of bacteria (E. coli, S. aureus, P. putida, P. aeruginosa, L. iuanuii and L. innocua) were analyzed by ICP-MS. Significant differences were found when comparing in- organic chemical fingerprints of these bacteria. This work presents a new method toward expanding the technologies potentially in bacteria detection and identification.
