摘要 BIM技术是建筑行业的新兴信息技术,对于提升项目管理有着较大的应用价值。根据路发广场项目BIM应用实践,从施工管理、质量安全管理以及成本管理三大方面分析了BIM技术的价值,其中BIM的应用经验及价值分析可供相关工程参考与借鉴。
