消银汤对寻常型银屑病患者血清白介素18的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨消银汤对寻常性银屑病患者血清白介素18的影响。方法:将90例寻常型银屑病患者按其病情进展情况分为进行期、稳定期、退行期,每期30例,均以消银汤治疗,并根据临床表现进行加减,1剂/d。同时以同期行健康体检的健康者30人为对照。分别检测银屑病各期和健康对照组患者静脉血清中白介素18的含量。结果:经消银汤治疗后进行期、稳定期银屑病患者血清中IL-18的含量明显低于正常人(P<0.05),退行期患者血清中IL-18的含量与正常人相比无明显差异(P>0.05);3期患者之间相比有明显差异(P<0.05),其中稳定期患者血清中IL-18的含量最低。结论:消银汤可降低血清中IL-18的水平,使银屑病患者免疫调节趋向正常,从而达到治疗疾病的目的。 Objective:To discuss the effects of XiaoYin Tang on IL-18 of the patients with psoriasis. Methods:According to the stages of the disease including active stage, stable stage and degeneration stage, all 90 patients were divided into three groups, 30 cases each group, and given with XiaoYin Tang respectively, modified according to clinical symptoms, one dose per day, 30 persons who underwent health examination were chosen as the control group simultaneously. The contents of serum IL-8 were detected in the psoriasis group and the control group. Re-sults:After treated with XiaoYin Tang, the contents of IL-18 in the patients at active and stable stages were lower than those of normal person (P&lt;0.05), the difference was insignificant when the contents of IL-18 in the patients at degeneration stage were compared with those of normal person (P&gt;0.05);the difference was significant when three groups were compared (P&lt;0.05), the contents of IL-18 in the patients at stable stage were the lowest. Conclusion:XiaoYin Tang could lower the level of IL-18 in the serum, which could regulate the immunologic function, therefore cure the disease.
