摘要
通过典型案例指出禁食疗法具有减轻体重、改善胰岛素抵抗及降低炎症反应等作用,能够有效治疗超重/肥胖相关的代谢性疾病,但禁食期间人体易出现饥饿、乏力、头晕及反应迟钝等不适反应,限制了禁食疗法的临床应用,但根据禁食期间中医证型表现,结合禁食下能量代谢改变,使用温阳补气方联合左卡尼汀干预禁食,结果发现饥饿、倦怠乏力、头晕及反应迟钝等不适反应发生率显著下降,饥饿耐受性显著提高。
Fasting therapy could reduce the weight, improve insulin resistance and alleviate inflammations, which could be applied to the treatment for overweight/obesity related metabolic diseases. Its clinical application was restricted due to the patients＆#39; side effects including hunger, fatigue, vertigo and slow response, the prescription of warming Yang and invigorating Qi and levocarnitine were used to intervene fasting according to the manifestations of TCM pattern and the changes of energy metabolism in fasting period, it＆#39;s found that the incidence of side effect such as hunger, fatigue, vertigo and slow response was lowered and hunger tolerance was raised remarkably.
