中医综合疗法配合PFNA治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折疗效观察

Observation on TCM Comprehensive Therapy Combined with PFNA in the Treatment for Senile Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的：观察中医综合疗法配合防旋型股骨近端髓内钉（PFNA）治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：将股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者73例随机分为2组（治疗组38例和对照组35例），对照组行PFNA及常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上予以中医综合疗法。术后随访6～24个月，记录患者骨折愈合时间，并按髋关节Harris功能评分标准评分。结果：2组骨折愈合时间及Harris评分优良率治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；2组间各型骨折治疗后优良率差异不明显（P＞0.05）。结论：中医综合疗法配合PFNA治疗对老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的愈合和功能的恢复具有显著疗效。

Objective： To survey curative effects of TCM comprehensive therapy combined with PFNA in treating senile patients suffering from intertrochanteric fracture. Methods：All 73 patients were randomized into two groups （38 cases of the treatment group and 35 cases of the control group）, the control group were performed with PFNA and received routine treatment, the treatment group TCM comprehensive therapy on the foundation of the control group. The patients were followed up for six to 24 months after the operation, the healing time of bone fracture of the patients were recorded and judged according to Harris functional scale standard of hip joint. Results：Bone fracture healing time and excellence rate of the treatment group were superior to these of the control group （P＆lt;0.05）;the difference was insignificant in excellence rate between both groups after treating （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion：TCM comprehensive therapy and PFNA are effective in the healing of intertrochanteric fracture and the rehabilitation of the functions.
