摘要
本文分析了中国家族式商业组织的内部结构,发现中国传统社会组织——宗族组织对中国家族式商业组织的创立与延续起到积极作用,揭示出宗族制度与集体人格是家族式商业组织发展的内在动力。本文认为,传统社会组织之于今日中国现代企业管理依然有效;在转型期的中国,中国民营企业在管理模式的探索上应重视将西方的标准的、流程化的管理方式与中国本土的因人而异的、人治的管理方式相结合,在强调理性管理、标准化管理的同时,在企业中营造家的温睡,以中国的传统宗族制度之哲学严谨地实施西方的管理科学,探索出一套本土化的管理方法。
The paper analyzed the internal construction of familial business of China, and discovered that the traditional social organization has had active influences on establishment and development of clan business organization which revealed that clan system and collective personality are the internal power for developing the familial business organization. The author holds the view that traditional social organization still has positive impact on modern Chinese business management. During the transitional period, private enterprises of China should pay some attention to the combination of normal and process kind of management from the west and the domestic local and Men ruled way of management .It is necessary to build atmosphere of home warmth in enterprise while stressing rational and normal management. In order to explore a set of localized management methods, enterprises need to scrupulously carry out western scientific management on the basis of philosophic Chinese traditional clan system.
