摘要
利用有限元法分析了轴向磁悬浮轴承的气隙比对磁力线分布、内外环磁极的磁感应强度和轴向电磁力的影响,并实际测量了不同气隙比轴向磁悬浮轴承的轴向电磁力。对比发现,两种方法得到的轴向电磁力变化规律相同,轴向电磁力随着气隙比的增大而减小,最后利用等效磁路分析方法也得出了同样的结论。
Influence of air gap ratio was investigated on the magnetic force line distribution, magnetic induction strength of inner and outer ring magnetic pole and axial electromagnetic force of axial magnetic beaing, and axial electromagnetic force was tested for different air gap ratio. It shows that change of the axial electromagnetic force from the two methods are the same. The axial electromagnetic force decreases with increasing air gap ratio. Finally, the same conclusion was obtained for equivalent reluctance method.
