基于差分放大器AD8350和比较器ADCMP601的限幅器设计

摘要 设计了一种工作频率范围为30~512MHz 的超宽带大动态范围限幅器。该限幅器是基于低失真差分放大器AD8350、肖特基二极管HSMS2822和快速比较器ADCMP601设计的。AD8350的平衡输出端与一对肖特基二极管HSMS2822一起构成高速全波整流电路,经全波整流电路得到整流电压,再经比较器ADCMP601后得到TTL(Transistor-Transistor Logic)电平信号。此限幅器具有超宽带、高精度、高反应速度和大动态范围等优点,能满足高性能输入限幅的要求。 An ultra-wide band and large dynamic range limiter with operating frequency range of 30 to 512MHz was designed, which based on low distortion differential amplifier AD8350, Schottky barrier diode HSMS2822 and fast comparator ADCMP601. The balanced outputs of the AD8350, along with a couple of Schottky diodes HSMS2822, make up a very high speed, full-wave rectifier supplying rectified voltage, from which transistor-transistor logic(TTL) level signal is obtained by comparator ADCMP601. The limiter has such advantages as ultra wide-band, high-precision, high response speed and large dynamic range, etc, meeting the requirements of high performance input limiter.
