文化冲突与多元文化主义正当性的限度

The Conflict of Cultures and Limitation of Legitimacy of Multiculturalism

文化的多元竞争是人类文化发展的基本动力。多元文化在价值上的不可通约性会导致多元文化冲突。多元文化主义要求承认不同文化的差异并平等相待,这必然会助长文化冲突,遮蔽和消解主流文化,在实践中将会导致严重后果:人际交往的障碍、社会整合力的下降、人的精神焦虑、道德感的弱化和政治合法性的消解。文章认为回归主导文化与多元文化竞合的正常社会,既肯定和尊重多元文化的正当性,又维护核心文化价值的主导地位,是有效促进多元文化社会至善生活的必然选择。

The basic driving force of cultural development of humanity is the multicultural competition.Due to the incommensurability of multi-cultures in value,the confliction among different cultures happened.The multiculturalism claims to acknowledge the diversity among different cultures and treat each culture equally,which inevitable promote the cultural conflict, shield and erode the main culture,and cause some very serious results in practice,just as barrier of interpersonal interaction,declination of social integration,spirit anxiety of people,reduction of moral sensation and erosion of political legality.The author deems that we should return normal society in which dominant culture and multi-cultures coexist and compete peacefully,in which not only confirm and respect legitimacy of different cultures but defend for the leadership of main cultural value.The return to normal society is an inevitable choice of improvement of multi-culture society with good life effectively.
