Reliability Optimum Design of the Cylinder Spiral Spring Based on Matlab

基于可靠性设计理论和最优化设计理论,按照圆柱螺旋弹簧的设计要求,对其建立了可靠性优化设计数学模型,并利用Matlab进行了可靠性优化设计的实例分析。研究表明:所建数学模型是合理的,对圆柱螺旋弹簧的设计具有理论指导意义。

The reliability optimum design modle of the cylinder spiral spring is established according to the design require-ments of cylinder spiral spring based on both reliability design theory and optimum design theory.And the model of example is solved by Matlab.The result shows this method is reasonable, which has directive significance to spring design in theory.
