摘要 在航空发动机飞行试验中,需要对发动机转子基频激起的振动信号进行实时跟踪监视,在对振动信号进行监视的过程中需要可靠的测量发动机转速信号。当转速传感器因为某些原因输出信号为复杂信号时,一般的转速测量方法和设备无法直接测量,因此设计了航空发动机转速调理电路,对转速传感器输出的复杂信号进行预处理,得到幅值固定,频率与原信号一致的方波信号,从而为进一步发动机转速的准确测量和发动机振动的实时跟踪监视奠定了基础。 In the flight test of aero engine , tracking and monitoring of vibration activated by rotor are needed and real time ro-tate speed should be acquired accurately when monitoring engine vibration.Because of the complexity of tachometer signal which always used for rotate speed measurement, we couldn′t get rotate speed by usual equipment or method directly.In this article rotation speeds adjustment module is designed .The module will reshape signals tested by tachometer and output fixed range signal whose frequency is same to signals tested by tachometer.The reshaped signal is always quadrate wave and helpful for exact rotate speed obtaining, it′s also the basis of engine vibration monitoring for real time.
