改善粉末冶金轴承盖切削性的新工艺

摘要 随着发动机技术的迅猛发展,越来越多的发动机采用铝合金缸体。那么,粉末冶金轴承盖在内圆弧加工时,就面临着与铝合金加工性能相匹配的问题。本文提出了一种新型表面改性工艺,即采用Na2B4O7·10H2O和乙酸在轴承盖局部进行浸渗,改变浸渗部位的金相组织,实现了粉末冶金材料与铝合金材料的双金属加工的匹配。 Along with the engine technology development,the aluminium alloy cylinder block is used more and more.So the problem of the machinability when using powder metallurgy and aluminium alloy is faced.A new technology to promote machinability of aluminium alloy is presented.The local impregnation of parts with Na2B4O7 · 10H2O and acetic acid is used to modificate surface and the bimetal machining become easily.
