海绵铁生产系统技术创新实践

摘要 通过对海绵铁生产系统进行隧道窑创新加长、冷却水箱创新、增加冷却带补充排烟装置及采用新型布料装具和对备料生产线进行技术优化,实现了全方位优化创新,使系统布置更加科学合理,设备改造创新更加符合海绵铁还原工艺要求,实现了海绵铁产量、质量的全面提升。 By lengthening the tunnel kiln sponge iron production system,innovation the cooling water tank,increasing added exhaust device for cooling belts,employing the quick material fittings,and technology optimization for production line of material preparation,the omnibearing optimization and innovation of the sponge iron production system were realized.Meanwhile,the system layout was more scientific and rational; the requirements of sponge iron reduction process were met better; the output and quality of sponge iron were both improved.
