应急保障药品的管理体会

Management Experience for Emergency Safeguard Medicine

目的:促进医院药房应急药品的保障管理质量。方法:从我院应急药品管理小组的建立、分工,各类应急事件药品目录的分类制订,应急保障药品的日常与战时管理,保障任务期间的后援技术支持等几方面介绍我院应急保障任务中应急药品的管理体系与具体方法,并分析其合理性。结果与结论:应急药品目录按通用药材(包括公共药材和急救药材)和专用药材分类制订,专用药材按水灾、火灾、地震性质分类制订较科学、合理,同时任务期间信息技术方面及后援技术的大力支持对保障任务的质量至关重要。我院建立的管理体系和方法较科学、合理、实用。

OBJECTIVE： To promote the safeguard management of emergency medicine in hospital pharmacy. METHODS： The management system and methods for emergency medicine in emergency and safeguard of our hospital were introduced in fol- lowing aspects ： the establishment and division of management team, classification and formulation of all kinds of emergency medi- cine directory, daily and wartime management of emergency safeguard medicine, backup technical support during safeguard peri- od; and the rationality of it was analyzed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Emergency medicine directory is classified by universal medicine （including public medicine and emergency medicine） and special medicine; special medicine is divided by flood, fire, earthquake which is scientific and rational; at the same time, IT support and backup technical support are essential to guarantee the quality of task during the mission. The management system and method in our hospital is scientific, reasonable and practical.
