摘要
为了进一步认识功能训练的实质及实践意义,通过对功能训练理念提出、发展、机制及应用进行了全面梳理。结果认为,近年来,功能训练概念的发展及对动作、关节链的训练理念在运动训练界得到普及与推广,很大程度上改变了力量及体能训练的固有理念,对运动员防伤、提高动作稳定性、协调性及动作效率的效果明显,弥补了传统训练针对肌肉而非动作本身训练造成的专项能力转化效果不佳的弊端。
In order to explode the roots and system of functional training, this paper examined the appearance and application of functional training in injury reduction and performance improvement. The results found that coaches and personal trainers applied the ideas of “functional training is not muscle training but movement training” and “joint to joint approach” in sports practice. So functional training not only changes the modes and contents of resistanee training and conditioning, but also avoids the low effi- ciency of transfer from muscle training to sport - specific needs and reduce injury maximally.
