逆向创新思维的网球正反手教学顺序实证研究 被引量:5

摘要 探寻有益于网球反手技术的教学方法,提升教学质量,促进网球正反手核心技术的均衡发展。采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法及逻辑分析法等研究方法对网球正反手技术教学顺序进行实证研究。主要结论:大学体育网球选修教学过程中无论是先学习正手技术的对照组还是后学习正手技术实验组,统计学意义上两组正手的成绩都没有显著差异,但是先学习双手反手技术后学习正手技术的实验组双手反手的成绩优于对照组,且差异显著,具有统计学意义。建议:大学体育网球选修教学中,尝试采用先学习双手反手技术再学习正手技术的逆向创新思维网球教学方法,反手技术与正手技术教学间隔时间不宜过长,且正反手击球技术是一个连续学习的过程,要不断的重复练习。 Aiming to explore improvement in tennis forehand and backhand and improve teaching quality as well as a balance in development between the two skills, this paper applies literature consultation, experiment method, mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to study teaching orders between tennis forehand and backhand. Results show there is no difference in skill between students of two groups whose forehand - learning are different , while the students who learn backhand first are better at this skill than those who learn forehand first. The latter result obtains obvious differences , getting statistical meaning. Sugges- tions are as follows : learn both - handed backhand first than forehand with a reversely innovative idea, ensuring a proper interval and a continuous repetition.
