Thechanging of times and ecological enviroment adapted to the social shape and its transformation. Modem transforma- tion of martial arts is an inevitable trend. Modern transformation of contemporary society, development requirements of martial arts culture and the impact of Western sport are also prepared for the necessary conditions for the changing of martial arts. Recognition of values, establishment of theory and impraement of the ovemment system with strong implementation constitute a complete trans- formation mechonism of martial arts.
