摘要
随着全球化的深入,我国在对英文日化品牌翻译方式的选择上,相比之前较流行的意译,音译越来越受到人们的青睐,这与这两种翻译方式的优缺点和这一领域的特殊性都有着密切关系。通过对英文日化品牌音译实例进行分析,探索翻译的相关知识,以及音译背后的文化意义和社会意义。
With the development of globalization, transliteration becomes more and more popular compared with paraphrase of cosmetic brands. The reason lies in the advantages and disadvantages of two ways of translations and the peculiarity in the field of cosmetic brand translation. The related knowledge of translation, social and cultural meanings of transliteration is studied by using examples.
