摘要
从指挥控制系统的特性出发,建立比较全面的作战效能评估指标体系,应用一种云模型(Cloud Model)与层次分析法(AHP)相结合的云层次分析法(C-AHP)分析指控系统的作战效能,针对指标体系中定性定量指标的特性,依据指标的相对重要性筛选各层次指标。实例证明,该方法可有效解决指控系统作战效能评估指标体系构建中指标分类不明确,及由于各类定性定量指标繁杂导致指标筛选困难等问题,对于查找影响指控系统作战应用的薄弱环节将会有很好应用前景。
Starting from the characteristics of the command & control system, the comprehensive evaluation index of opera- tional effectiveness is set up. C-AHP, a method combined Cloud Model with AHP, is applied in the analysis of index system The hierarchical structure of command & control system operational effectiveness evaluation index system is formed. Aiming to the char- acteristics of qualitative and quantitative indexes, the indexes in each layer are filtered by the relative significance According to a case study, this method is proved to solve some problems effectively, such as the ambiguous indexes classification structure, and the hardness of indexes filtration caused by the multifarious qualitative and quantitative indexes.
